Copernicus is a traditional Polish restaurant, named after the great Polish mathematician and astronomer. Located in the heart of Coventry, just 5min walk from Coventry Train Station. The menu is designed to reflect a homely, hearty and rustic food that’s quintessentially Polish, and prepared using only the very best quality ingredients.
